Production efficiency is one area we have recently invested lots of resources and continue to progress. We have always had the lowest lead times in the industry, and with the industry growing we have made changes to accommodate much larger run sizes. At our facility like many others we have invested in the latest high speed equipment. For us to fully grasp efficient production we must realize where process bottlenecks exist and work towards developing new methods to limit overall downtime and waste.
This knowledge becomes obvious when working with us, as every detail of the business from accounting to shipping is meticulously handled with attention to every detail, something only learned through years of real world experience.
The use of high quality materials and assembly procedures. Through years of technical development, trial and error, and lessons learned we understand that cutting corners and costs can cost more in the long run. Inferior, inexpensive materials and technologies will lead to problems.
