Slitting
A Slitter Operator is responsible for setting up and operating a fully automated converting slitter and associated packing lines. This position follows safety rules and work instructions while fulfilling work orders to achieve consistent quality of slit products. This role also maintains production records; troubleshoots and problem solves; and participates in activities designed to improve quality or lower manufacturing costs.

Machine Operator
New hires would be trained on new state-of-the-art, highly automated, manufacturing equipment in various processes (slitting, pouch & bag making, lamination, extrusion, printing). The work environment is incredibly clean and well maintained.

Lamination Operator
You will be responsible for operating the highly automated Adhesive Laminator at production targets while ensuring that safety and quality policies and procedures are followed, as well as ensuring production meets the company service, targeted goals, and cost objectives.
